- Jim Rose
Jim Rose joins WIS International as President and Chief Executive Officer bringing over 20 years of senior management leadership in the retail services industry.
Prior to joining WIS International, Mr. Rose served as President of Marketing Services for CROSSMARK, a leading sales and marketing company. Mr. Rose also served as the Chairman and CEO for Mosaic Sales Solutions. He has held leadership positions at The Nielsen Company both in the U.S. and Europe. He began his career as a consultant at Deloitte based in Chicago and received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
- Tom Compogiannis
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Compogiannis joined WIS International as CFO in 2007 and is responsible for the company’s global financial operations. He brings over 27 years of progressive financial executive experience with a proven record of accomplishment of improving financial operations and results. Tom began his career with KPMG. He left public accounting to become controller and later CFO for National Decision Systems and remained so after its merger with Claritas. Throughout his career, Tom has successfully merged and integrated companies. Additionally, he is skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial management and strategic planning. Tom's core values include integrity, teamwork and respect.
- Mark Hubbard
Vice President, US Operations
As Vice President of US Operations, Mark oversees all field services for the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. He joined WIS International in 1990 as an inventory manager and has amassed a wide range of unique inventory and industry knowledge spanning North America. While advancing his career, he held positions in three Canadian provinces, immigrated to the United States in 2000 and was recently the US Eastern Division Vice President of Operations. Mark has a reputation for being nearly everywhere, at all times, exceptionally dedicated to the operational aspects of the company and delivering value to our customers. One might say Mark’s presence is not an option, but a given.
- Todd Henry
Vice President - International and Strategic Initiatives
Todd Henry began his career with WIS International in 1992 as an inventory manager. Now drawing on two decades of experience he is responsible for spearheading change at the company as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Todd previously spent 10 years as Vice President of Operations and received the company’s President and Salesperson Awards demonstrating his unique ability to succeed across multiple disciplines. He has a reputation for the personal attention he pays to employee associates and customers alike. Todd’s projects enable him to collaborate with teams inside and outside of the organization, to bring the future into focus for WIS International by driving lean initiatives, improving corporate communications and pointed taskforce development.
- Gabe Mazzarolo
Vice President, Information Technology
Gabe Mazzarolo joined WIS International in 2010 and is responsible for the company’s technology strategy. Prior to WIS, he held senior leadership roles with the noteworthy firms of Esteé Lauder, M•A•C Cosmetics, and Workopolis. Gabe’s background spans many different industries from retail consumer products to business services. With his more than 20-years of innovation experience and a proven record of success, he is a tremendous asset in facilitating the company’s ongoing growth strategy. Gabe is a change agent and continues to bring new technology to every aspect of the WIS International environment.
- Dave Johnson
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Dave Johnson joins WIS with a powerful background of delivering great value to the marketplace. Dave brings 20 years of experience leading various business units within Pepsico’s Frito-Lay. During Dave’s tenure he produced award winning growth in Operations, National DSD Sales and National Warehouse Sales across all channels of trade. Following Pepsico Dave produced significant sales gains as the General Manager for Sensible Portions. A resulting company sale led Dave to join CROSSMARK as a VP of Client Services where he was quickly recognized with a promotion to the top job in Business Development. Dave’s varied background along with his passion for delivering results the right way serves WIS well as he leads Sales and Marketing for the company.
- Chris Rackers
Head of Human Resources
Chris Rackers joins WIS International as Head of Human Resources and brings over 20 years of HR Leadership experience with large, dispersed workforces. He has led multiple HR transformations and was the key HR Executive on multiple business/sales transformations. Mostly recently, Chris led U.S. Retail Human Resources for H&R Block, a business with over 75,000 company operations associates across 6,000 company locations. Prior to that, Chris was Head of Human Resources for Aramark Uniform Services, a leading uniform services company with over 13,000 associates. His educational background includes a bachelors degree from Missouri State University and a MBA from Texas Christian University.
- Steve Smith
Vice President, Account Management
Steve joined WIS International in 1998 and is responsible for North American Account Management. Steve brings over 30 years of successful industry experience, serving as Regional Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Field Sales and Account Management, and currently holding the position of Vice President, National Accounts. Steve’s focus on process improvement, relationship management and solutions provider drives the exceptionally high level of customer retention experienced by WIS International.
- Chris Forsberg
Vice President, Internal Operations
Chris Forsberg joins WIS International with over 15 years of experience in retail and operational excellence. Specializing in retail and merchandising, he joins us from The Home Depot where he recently led operations for the Merchandising Execution Team (MET). He oversaw dramatic increases in productivity, quality, technology, and safety performance. Prior to that he spent 10 years at Mosaic Sales Solutions where he led the creation of performance metrics and improvements as well as the integration of acquisitions and international businesses.
