Tom Compogiannis joined WIS International as CFO in 2007 and is responsible for the company’s global financial operations.  He brings over 27 years of progressive financial executive experience with a proven record of accomplishment of improving financial operations and results.  Tom began his career with KPMG.  He left public accounting to become controller and later CFO for National Decision Systems and remained so after its merger with Claritas.  Throughout his career, Tom has successfully merged and integrated companies.  Additionally, he is skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial management and strategic planning.  Tom's core values include integrity, teamwork and respect.

As Vice President of US Operations, Mark oversees all field services for the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  He joined WIS International in 1990 as an inventory manager and has amassed a wide range of unique inventory and industry knowledge spanning North America.  While advancing his career, he held positions in three Canadian provinces, immigrated to the United States in 2000 and was recently the US Eastern Division Vice President of Operations.  Mark has a reputation for being nearly everywhere, at all times, exceptionally dedicated to the operational aspects of the company and delivering value to our customers.   One might say Mark’s presence is not an option, but a given.

Todd Henry began his career with WIS International in 1992 as an inventory manager. Now drawing on two decades of experience he is responsible for spearheading change at the company as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Todd previously spent 10 years as Vice President of Operations and received the company’s President and Salesperson Awards demonstrating his unique ability to succeed across multiple disciplines. He has a reputation for the personal attention he pays to employee associates and customers alike. Todd’s projects enable him to collaborate with teams inside and outside of the organization, to bring the future into focus for WIS International by driving lean initiatives, improving corporate communications and pointed taskforce development.

Gabe Mazzarolo joined WIS International in 2010 and is responsible for the company’s overall technology strategy. Prior to WIS, he held leadership roles with noteworthy firms including, The Esteé Lauder Group of Companies Online Division, M•A•C Cosmetics, Devlin Applied Design of the Envoy Group of Companies, in addition to a successful private consulting practice. Gabe’s background is a combination of technology and industry from packaged goods to Web application design. His more than 20-years of innovation experience and proven record of success make him a tremendous asset in support of the company’s ongoing growth. Gabe is a change agent and continues to bring new technology to every aspect of the WIS International environment.

Marc Corless joined WIS International in 2011 and is responsible for leading and developing one of the company’s key asset areas – human resources. Prior to WIS, he held leadership roles with prominent organizations including PETCO, Liquid Investments and Cipher Data Products along with a successful consulting services company. Marc’s more than 25 years of extensive experience in complex, highly competitive multi-state operations combined with coaching, change management and organizational development talents make him a valued member of the senior management team.  Marc is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has been a prior board member of the San Diego Chapter of SHRM.

David Haller joined WIS International in 1998 and is responsible for North American sales and marketing operations. Dave has a customer-driven approach that remains focused on supporting the company’s ability to deliver excellent service and continuously bring customers innovative solutions. Prior to joining WIS International, Dave held progressive sales and marketing management roles with leading consumer packaged goods companies including Rubbermaid and SC Johnson Wax.

Steve joined WIS International in 1998 and is responsible for North American Account Management.  Steve brings over 30 years of successful industry experience, serving as Regional Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Field Sales and Account Management, and currently holding the position of Vice President, National Accounts.  Steve’s focus on process improvement, relationship management and solutions provider drives the exceptionally high level of customer retention experienced by WIS International.
